Santi Kee Ree Village or “Mae Salong Hill” or “Mei Se le” means The peaceful land. Oliginally, here is the village of Chinese Nationlist Soldiers (Kok Min Tung) division 93 forces of general Chiang Kai Sheck ,past president of the Republic of China was attacted and defeated by communist party that lead by Mao Jer Toong. And migrate to Doi Mae Salong more than 50 years ago. Because of in 1950, there was the civil war in Chinese. And Chinese Communist won over Nationalist Chinese Army Regiment. So Nationalist Chinese Army Regiment must retreat and migrate to Taiwan island. But the division 193 and 93 about 20,000 persons withdrawal from Yun-Nan to Myanmar.

         Northern Thailand Nationalist Chinese Army Regiment Memorial Museum compose of 2 main areas are museum and community shops . For parts of musuem compose of 3 buildings chinese architecture. In the left building is “museum room 1st ” the building in front is “The Northern Thailand Nationalist Chinese Army Regiment Memorial Museum” and in the right buliding is “museum room 2nd and 3rd ”ี

        2.The Srinakharindhra Satitmaja Santikirhee Royal Pagoda.

The Srinakharindhra Satitmaja Santikirhee Royal Pagoda located on the top of hill about 1,500 metres above Santi Kee Ree village. Build finished aroud year 1996. The style of pagoda is lanna style. High about 30 metres and the base of pagoda width about 15 metres. Decorate with tile grey. This is the very beautiful place you must see which is Thai lanna style. If notice at all side of ladder it’s a pair of shoes lay down that maybe the example for lay down your shoes before you enter the pagoda.

        3.The tomb of Gen Duan

This Tomb of Gen Duan located in peaceful area, on the mound above village. Go above general home resort about 1 kilometre. Build in 2523. The body lacks of the soul of Gen Duan is in marble tomb situated in big chinese pavilion. Behide the tomb there are pictures about history and his work. Infront of tomb there is the letter “Duan” in chinese language with gold color.The tomb of Gen Duan high about 1,300 metre. You can see Santi Kee Ree village in lower level. Here is one of beautiful view point in village, and also have tea shop which you can try to test Oolong tea and shopping somes.

        4.Wang Pudtan tea plantation and The biggest teapot and lion in the world.

There are about 500 rai (a measurement equal to 1,600 square meters). Mr.Wichai Cheevinkulthong is The director of Wang Pudtan Co.Ltd. Now Wang Pudtan is not only the tea-industry but also the important travelling place in Chiangrai.To development the tea-farm to be travelling place not only take the traveler to see tea-farm or production process but also build the outstanding symbol that attracted to traveler. That is the biggest tea pot and lion of the world. For the biggest lion, their are two lions (gold and silver). And for the biggest tea-pot, their are three (cold, silver and copper alloy). Size of tea-pots : high 12 meters, width 14 meters. And size of lions : high 12 meters, width 16 meters.

        5.Agriculture tourist : Mix agriculture demonstrates point by Mr.Sopon Cheevinprapasri.

Within the farm has animal farm such as chicken farm (Maefaluang bleed), pig farm (Jing hua bleed, famous to make a ham in chinese restaurant), fish farm and farm plant (sweet cavilla fruit, tomato, cherry). Within the farm has a lot of jinghua pig breeder. Their weight are about 100 kilograms. Because of there are lot of pigs so there are lots of excrement too. So we can bring the excrement to make biogas in biogas project for renewable energy and improve the environment. Which these project can bring biogas for using in household. Not only in biogas, for the waste from fermenting can make compost too .

        6.Chokjamlern Tea-factory.

If you want to see the production process of Oolong tea. We recommend you to come to Chokjamlern factory. The owner is Mr.Jamlern Cheevinchalermchote. These factory is export Oolong tea to Taiwan and also in Thailand. But export to Taiwan more than in Thailand.     First process, after picked tea leaves. We will bring the tea leaves comes to dry out for 20 minutes.

        After dry out, bring the tea leaves to the temperature control room which temperature about 20-29 celsius degree and in proper humidity. If the humidity is decrease the sprinkler will work suddenly. Then activate the tea leaves to transpiration. These tea leaves will be break in this room for 12-13 hours.

        After that, bring the tea leaves comes to roast at 20-29 celsius degree for 15 minutes. In former times, after roast finished will com to dried immediatly. But now develop to roll tea which can keep for more time. So it’s must to add the new process that is cold roasting and alternate with tea kneading about 45 times. Then bring to bake in an oven and go to quality control

        In process of quality control will use man power before. After that will screen by machine. After finish, will separate in 2 part (export and domestic). For export to Taiwan, will keep in cold storage at -5 celsius degree. And for selling in Thailand, will roast again about 8-12 hours for anti-mould and help to keep Oolong tea for long time.

        7.Srimahaphoe Monkol Boonchum Buddha’s relics Mae Salong city.

        8.Lojangchon Waterfall

Lojangchon Waterfall is located in Lojangchon village and far from the village about 2 kilometres. The waterfall is resemble the long stream. The way to go is downhill all the way. Can go by walk or motorbike. We recommend you go by walk if you love trekking.

        9.Bann Mae Ter waterfall.

Baan Mae Ter waterfall located in Mae Sa long Nok. It far from lojangchon village about 3 kilometres. The way goes to waterfall is only by walk. It’s an exciting place to trekking. Pass pine forest, bamboo forest and to thick forest. The condition of forest is rather plentifully. You should walk with carefully because the way rather steep and slip. The period of time for walking to the waterfall about 2 hours. On the way you will see the stream and walking through for a little you will see Bann Mae Ter waterfall. Baan Mae Ter waterfall is falling from tall cliff with beautiful scenic. It’s may unsuitable for playing water ,but it’s suitable for relax.

        10.Baan Tat waterfall

Bann Tat waterfall located in Baan Tat village. It far from village about 2 kilometres. Baan Tat waterfall is high and beatiful. It’s 3-tiered. The traveller can go to the waterfall by walk or by car. The way goes to waterfall is comfortable and shady all the way because there was covered by big tree. Bann Tat waterfall is suitable for playing and relax.
